What this is, and is not

Done with OCD is psychoeducation: structured material about how OCD works and what tends to help. Developed with Dr Max Eames, a psychotherapist.

It is not therapy, not diagnosis, and not treatment. Using it does not create a clinical relationship between you and anyone here, and nothing on this site is a clinical record. Your Five Dialects Profile describes your own answers back to you — it does not diagnose you, score you against anyone else, or tell you what is wrong.

None of this replaces care from a doctor or therapist. If you are already in treatment, this is something you can bring to it, not something to swap it for.

If you are in crisis

This site cannot help in an emergency and no one here monitors what you write. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. findahelpline.com lists free, confidential helplines for your country.

Who can use it

You need to be 18 or over. The material is written for adults, and OCD in young people needs a different approach and a specialist.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and don't share your account. If a private report link reaches someone else, anyone holding it can open that report — treat it like a password.

Paying

Membership is a monthly subscription. When billing is switched on:

  • You'll get an email three days before every charge.
  • Cancelling is one dialog with no retention offer, no phone call, and no "are you sure" chain.
  • Cancelling stops the next charge; access continues to the end of the period you paid for.

The material itself

The written material, audio, worksheets and the Five Dialects framework belong to Done with OCD. Use them for your own work as much as you like. Don't republish, resell, or teach from them without asking us first.

Limits

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it is never wrong or never down. Nothing here is advice about your particular situation, and decisions you make about your own care are yours.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that affects you, we'll email you before it takes effect.
